Open source, because ASO tools tend to be priced for agencies. Many charge by the keyword and by the seat, and keep the API for their bigger plans.

AsoBeast checks every keyword you track once a day, down to position 200, in any App Store or Google Play country. Every plan gets every feature, including the free self-hosted one: the REST API, the MCP server, alerts and export.

It's AGPL-3.0 with no open core. Self-hosting takes Docker Compose and about 2.5 GB of memory.

TypeScript end-to-end. A NestJS API, a Next.js and React web app, PostgreSQL through Prisma, Redis with BullMQ for background jobs, and a separate MCP server app. It's a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo that ships as Docker Compose.
