SmartLink Services builds the systems that factories and finance teams actually run on. We work from Karachi on ERP, CRM and HRM, Oracle and database work, plant and production software, custom applications, web and AI, and we deliver in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and Slovenia as well as Pakistan. Most of that work sits inside finance and plant systems our clients do not want discussed publicly, so we write about the engineering instead: what implementations really cost here, where they break, and the statutory compliance each market expects. We publish our own numbers, including the awkward ones.
Our stack
ERP and business systems: SAP S/4HANA, ECC and Business One, Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and ERPNext. Data: Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL, warehouse and BI layers, Kafka. Build: PHP and Laravel, Node.js, TypeScript, React and Next.js, Python, Docker, Git and CI/CD, Azure. Integration: REST APIs, SSO, role-based access, document AI for invoice processing, shop-floor and weighbridge capture, and FBR digital invoicing in Pakistan. This site runs on our own Laravel CMS. Statutory compliance is an engineering requirement here, not a plugin.
