Tristan und Isolde: Arthurian operas
[edit]I wondered if Tristan und Isolde should be added back to Category:Arthurian operas? It is the tale of Tristan and Iseult, who are classic Arthurian characters - per their article, particularly Tristan and Iseult § Association with Arthur and death. - I have opened a Talkpage topic on the matter. In sum, while Tristan and Iseult have an established connection to Arthur, we should not assume the same is true for the characters in the separate work Tristan und Isolde. That has to be established by a reliable source, which presently is not the case in that article. Gebble (talk) 13:54, 3 October 2026 (UTC)
- But thank you for the note! I actually found this article through Catfishing! Thanks for your work on that game, it's genuinely deepened my connection to the Wikipedia project. Gebble (talk) 13:56, 3 October 2026 (UTC)
