If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. Here2rewrite (talk) 16:36, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Nysa Introduction

[edit]

Hi Professor Reagle! My name is Nysa Kothari and I am a fourth-year Communication Studies major also minoring in both Public Relations and Global Fashion Studies here at Northeastern University. I started my experience here at Northeastern University in a very unique way, with my first semester being at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy through the NU.in Program. I grew up in Closter, New Jersey, which is about a 30-minute drive from New York City. I hope to move to NYC after completing my final year and aspire to work in-house PR for a clothing or jewelry brand. Eventually, I want to move abroad and work in the headquarters of one of these luxury brands! In my free-time, I love to do heated-mat pilates and try out new recipes (I am vegetarian so I am always finding new things to try)! I also love movies and TV; my favorite movie is La La Land and favorite show at the moment is The OC. I am really looking forward to this class and everything we will be learning. I am excited to learn more about Wikipedia in general as it is something I have never properly explored before. Thank you for having me in class! Aileen Berl Introduction

[edit]

Hi Professor Reagle! My name is Aileen Berl, and I am a fourth-year Communication Studies major with minors in Marketing and Artificial Intelligence here at Northeastern University. I grew up in Miami, Florida, and I currently have my own small jewelry business, which has been a really fun way for me to combine my interests in creativity, marketing, and business. In my free time, I love working out, spending time with my friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants and places around Boston. I’m really looking forward to this class and learning more about online communities and how people interact and communicate on different platforms. I’m especially excited to learn more about Wikipedia because it’s something I use often but have never really explored from the perspective of how it actually works and how people contribute to it. I’m excited for the semester, and thank you for having me in class! — Preceding unsigned comment added by ~2026-51041-28 (talk) 18:07, 22 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Anthony Introduction

[edit]

Hello Professor Reagle! My name is Anthony Trezza, and I am a senior studying Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Consulting at Northeastern. I am originally from New Jersey (which I have come to find a lot of people here at Northeastern are from NJ), but moved to the South Shore of Boston as a family a couple of years ago. I am still rather new to campus as I transferred last year from the University of Miami where I was studying Health Management and Policy, so I am trying to find my way around and just learn about what campus has to offer in general. With that being said, in my free time, I enjoy being active whether that is at Marino Rec. Center or even simply walking around the city of Boston. This semester I am looking forward to this class because I have never taken anything quite like it. I am excited to leverage Wikipedia amongst the other tools we will be using to make myself a more informed and effective student. I am very excited to meet everyone and for what is ahead this semester! Anthonytrezza0422 (talk) 18:57, 22 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Emmy Introduction

[edit]

Hi Professor Reagle! My name is Emmy Eason. I am a senior, and my major is communications studies here at Northeastern. I am originally from New Canaan, Connecticut. But I have spent the last three years living near the water in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. When I am home in CT, I am an assistant manager at a boating store, and I spend all my time working there. I even created my own co-op doing social media for them. When I am not working, I enjoy reading and playing trivia with my family and friends. This semester, I am looking forward to working with Wikipedia again. I got a taste of it in one of my classes last semester, and I am excited to dive back in, go more in-depth, and produce something I can be proud of. I am also excited to get to know everyone and hopefully be more comfortable engaging in class discussions because we have a smaller group than most of my classes.Eason.e (talk) 19:00, 23 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi Emmy! It is really nice to meet you. We are both Comm major seniors, so can't wait to be working with you! I also really enjoy reading, and I think it's super cool that you created your own co-op. I would love to hear more about that! Tahliajatwani (talk) 19:55, 23 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi Professor Reagle! I am Tahlia Jatwani. I am currently a senior studying Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations. I am originally from Dubai and have spent the last few years here in Boston. I did my first semester in Rome, Italy, so I had an amazing start to my Northeastern experience. I am really excited to learn about Wikipedia in this class, as I am quite unfamiliar with it and have never made posts before. I am also excited as this is my first Capstone, and I cannot wait to see everything I am going to learn! Super happy to be in this class  :) Tahliajatwani (talk) 19:53, 23 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Emily's Introduction

[edit]

Hi Professor Reagle! I'm Emily, a 4th-year student graduating in May and finishing in December. I am majoring in Human Services and Communication Studies. I am from Panama City, Panama, where I was born and raised. I really enjoy psychology and working with people; that's why I am fascinated by the study of communication. It helps you better understand why and how people act, speak, and react in different situations. You can also better understand each person's motives and reasoning because we are all influenced by the environment around us. I also really enjoy art and fashion. I am really looking forward to learning more about how influential and beneficial online communities are. I am excited to learn how to use Wikipedia and see the dynamics that it brings into the community. Emily Ilarslan (talk) 14:14, 24 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Liam's Introduction

[edit]

Hello Professor Reagle, my name is Liam. I am a 6th-year business administration student with a concentration in Entrepreneurial startups. I was born in New York, and have spent most of my life in Medfield, Massachusetts. My parents moved up to Beacon Hill a few years ago (I'm the youngest so they're not sticking around for the good school system anymore). I do miss the big yard and driveway but, it's nice to have them nearby. As you've heard, I have a history with online communities on Discord, and I think this class will teach some valuable life lessons and professional skills. I have little experience in Wikipedia editing. I am excited to use the platform in a different point of view. Nedell.l (talk) 17:37, 23 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
