Some contributors were not receiving their "Contributor Club" badges (e.g., 16x-commit-club) despite having the required number of merged pull requests. This was primarily due to GitHub attribution issues where commits were not associated with the user's current GitHub ID (often caused by changes in verified emails).

This PR improves the badge awarding logic by complementing the total commit count with an explicit count of merged pull requests using the GitHub Search API.
